How I discovered Impromi
My path to Impromi began in my early 20s with two parallel discoveries: mindfulness and improvisation. Mindfulness came first; it taught me the true meaning of "being present" and the reality that everything is constantly changing.
I also spent the last 25 years exploring improvisation, starting with acting classes in Buenos Aires and later honing my craft at BATS Improv in San Francisco. I discovered something electric about the "here and now" that scripted methods couldn't touch.

The Transformation
In my own professional coaching practice I noticed a recurring pattern: the biggest breakthroughs didn't happen when I followed a plan. They happened in the moments where I was fully present, adaptable, and brave enough to play. I also realized that many coaches struggle when a client is stuck, resistant, or unresponsive, or when they themselves feel uncertain and out of ideas to move the session forward. To bridge these responsiveness gaps, I created Impromi ––a synergistic combination of the active adaptability of improv with the grounded awareness of mindfulness.
My Mission
Today, I help coaches, facilitators, and leaders move beyond rigid or limiting frameworks to become Improv-Agile. My goal is to give you the principles and behavioral tools to embody this way of coaching ––so you can be truly ready for anything.
